Lush - Strawberry Picnic

Boa tarde!
Há uns meses comprei uma das prendas Lush pelo simples facto de ela conter, em 4 produtos, 3 descontinuados. Produtos nos quais eu queria pôr as minhas mãos em cima! :)
Sabia que as prendas novas estavam aí a aparecer e esta seria uma das que iria embora e então não perdi tempo :)
A prenda em questão é a Strawberry Picnic que foi descontinuada e já não existe mesmo (pelo menos nas lojas de Portugal).
*Good afternoon!
A few months ago I bought a Lush gift for the simple fact that it contained 3 discontinued products out of 4. Products in which I really wanted to put my hands on! :)
I knew the new gifts would arrive anytime soon and this would be one of those going away forever and so I had no time to lose :)
The gift I'm talking about is Strawberry Picnic which was discontinued and it doesn't exist anymore (well, at least in the Portuguese stores).

Esta prendinha trazia:
100gr. do sabonete Summer Pudding (descontinuado);
um frasco de 100gr. do gel de banho Grass;
100gr. do exfoliante corporal Sugar Babe (descontinuado);
25gr. da barra de massagem Strawberry Feels Forever (descontinuado).
*This little gift contained:
100gr. of Summer Pudding soap (discontinued);
a bottle of 100gr. of Grass shower gel;
100gr. of Sugar Babe body scrub (discontinued);
25gr. of Strawberry Feels Forever massage bar (discontinued).

O sabonete Summer Pudding tem como ingredientes principais as amêndoas moídas, cerejas, óleo de limão, óleo de amêndoa, óleo de buchu (agathosma betulina) e óleo de zimbro. É um exfoliante suave :)

*The Summer Pudding soap has as main ingredients ground almonds, cherries, lemon oil, almond oil, buchu oil and juniperberry oil. It's a gentle scrub :)

 

Este bébé cheiroso é o gel de banho Grass (cheira mesmo a relva!) e tem como ingredientes principais sumo de erva de trigo fresca, água de clorofila, óleo de sândalo, óleo de bergamota, óleo de neroli e sal marinho fino. Beleza para a Primavera :D

*This lovely baby is the Grass shower gel (it really smells like grass!) and it has as main ingredients fresh wheatgrass juice, clorophyllin water, sandalwood oil, bergamot oil, neroli oil and fine sea salt. Beautiful for Spring :D

 

O exfoliante de corpo Sugarbabe é super doce e tem como ingredientes principais o açúcar, óleo de côco extra virgem, creme de tártaro, absoluto de cera de abelha, absoluto de mimosa e óleo de ylang ylang. Atenção! Por mais delicioso que pareça... sabe a sabão....

*The Sugar Babe body scrub is super sweet and has as main ingredients sugar, extra virgin coconut oil, cream of tartar, beeswax absolute, mimosa absolute and ylang ylang oil. Attention! It looks scrumptious but... it tastes like soap...

 

E finalmente uma das barras de massagem mais fofinhas da Lush! A Strawberry Feels Forever é composta principalmente por manteiga de cacau; manteiga de karité do comércio justo; morangos frescos; óleo de côco extra virgem; extracto de hibisco; óleo de olíbano; óleo de bergamota e óleo de gerânio. Cheira ao que sabe chocolate de iogurte de morango (publicidade à parte, a Milka e a Schogetten têm uns :P), é difícil de explicar porque é um cheiro doce e ao mesmo tempo ácido.

*And finally one of the cuttest massage bars by Lush! Strawberry Feels Forever is made specially of cocoa butter; fair trade shea butter; fresh strawberries; extra virgin coconut oil; hibiscus extract; olibanum oil; bergamot oil and geranium oil. It smells exactly to what strawberry yogurt chocolate tastes like (mind the publicity, Milka and Schogetten have those :P), it's hard to describe because it's a sweet scent which is acid at the same time.

 

Passo agora então a mostrar as duas amostrinhas que recebi.

*And here are the little samples I got with this purchase.

Esta amostra é do hidratante facial Imperialis (vinha num dos potes pretos mas eu transferi para um potinho dos meus). É um hidratante facial apropriado para todos os tipos de pele. Posso afirmar que, de todos os hidratantes da Lush que experimentei, este foi o único que não me causou qualquer reacção má na pele. Máximo dos máximos a minha zona T ficava um pouco oleosa. A minha pele é mista e sensível. Tem imensos ingredientes principais: infusão de flores de lavanda; infusão de folhas de verbasco; água de flor de laranjeira; azeite extra virgem orgânico; manteiga de karité; manteiga de cacau; absoluto de flor de laranjeira; pétalas de lírio brunello; extracto de erva de S. João; extracto de flor de sabugueiro; extracto de violeta doce; extracto de pétalas de girassol e extracto de alkanet. Ufa! Só coisas boas! :) Um contra a apontar... cheira a peixe podre :(

*This is a sample of the facial moisturiser Imperialis (it came in a black pot but I transfered it to one of mine). It's appropriate to all skin types. I can confirm that from all Lush facial moisturisers I tried this is the only that didn't give me any bad reaction. Maximum of maximums it would make my T zone a bit more oily. I have combination and sensitive skin . This moisturiser has a lot of main ingredients: lavender flower infusion; mullein leaf infusion; orange blossom water; organic extra virgin olive oil; shea butter; cocoa butter; orange flower absolute; brunello lily petals; St. John's Wort extract; elderflower extract; sweet violet extract; sunflower petals extract and alkanet extract. Uffff! Good things only! :) One downside though... it smells like rotten fish :(

 

Esta amostra é do sabonete Porridge. O meu sabonete preferido! Tem óleo de colza; óleo de côco; aveia; sumo de laranjas frescas orgânicas; labdanum resinoid (é uma substância fixante, adoçante, extraída da planta esteva) e óleo de laranja doce selvagem.

*This is a sample of Porridge soap. My favourite soap! It has rapeseed oil; coconut oil; pinehead oatmeal; fresh organic orange juice; labdanum resinoid (it's a fixative and sweetner substance, extracted from a cistus plant) and sweet wild orange oil.

 

Espero que tenham gostado deste post, apesar de longo. Infelizmente esta prenda já não existe à venda em Portugal, nem o sabonete Summer Pudding, o exfoliante Sugar Babe e a barra de massagem Strawberry Feels Forever. No entanto alguns destes produtos poderão estar disponíveis ainda noutros países ;) Fiz um vídeo quando recebi esta prenda, podem vê-lo aqui.
